Are you new ?

Have you been thinking about visiting one of our churches? Are you new to the area? Do you have questions about our services? Questions about us? Then this is a good starting point. If you don’t find the answer here, contact us. We will be happy to meet with you personally.

It’s not always easy coming to church if it’s your first time, or coming back if you’ve been away for a while. So we do some particular things to make the landing as easy as possible. If you’d like any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Some handy guides to worship in our Church

We’ve written a few documents to help people find their way around church – you can read them by clicking on the text below.

1) How to find your place at church

This is a general guide to belonging in any new church.

2) Introduction to the 8:00am service

This is a guide to our spoken Holy Communion service, which we hold at 8:00am on a Sunday. If you’re not familiar with this style of worship, this is what you can expect.

3) Introduction to the 9.15 am service

This is a guide to the 9.15 am Sunday Communion service – it’s very similar to the 8:00am service, but it includes music from our Choir and Hymns for everyone to sing together

4) Introduction to the 11.00 am service

If you’re interested in an informal service, designed with Children in mind, this contemporary style Sunday service is for you. We haven’t written a guide for it; it’s quite relaxed – just come along and try it! If you want more information, please get in touch.

5) Introduction to the 5:00pm service: Choral Evensong

Our local guide to Choral Evensong is still being written. You can find more information about this style of service generally, here.
