Reawakening St Mary Magdalene; Supporting Newark’s Communities
The Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St Mary Magdalene with St Leonard, Newark, has received funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to develop a Delivery Phase application for a programme of significant and wide-ranging repairs and renovations to the ancient Grade 1 Listed building of St Mary Magdalene.
The PCC now seeks a Project Manager to take the scheme from RIBA Stage 2 through to delivery. The delivery phase will be funded by a second grant and a large fund-raising campaign. This contract is for the whole project, with a break clause after the development phase (RIBA 3) as delivery is dependent on securing a second grant and reaching the fund-raising goal.
