This year, we invite you to an illustrated talk by Jason Mordan of Notts County Council based on the 2005 publication of the same title. Nottinghamshire has a wealth and wide variety of oak ‘Timber-frame buildings’ including a cluster of fascinating examples in Newark. This talk will examine the tree-ring dating of many of these and explore their interesting aspects.
